We can project manage the knockdown rebuild process using our network of contractors, or we can work alongside your chosen architects and/or demolition contractors. Here's a general overview of the process:

Initial Consultation: We'll get to understand your vision, needs and budget for the new home. Your ideas are listened to and advice is provided on how best to translate those into a feasible design.

Design Phase: Once everything is agreed upon, your new home designs will be drafted in compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.

Demolition: A professional demolition crew will clear your site, readying it for the rebuild.

Construction: With a clean slate, the construction of your new home commences. Our team will work on your project, transforming your designs into a physical reality.

Quality Assurance & Handover: Following completion, a series of quality checks are performed to ensure every aspect of your new home meets our standards. Once everything is signed off, we hand over the keys to your brand-new home!
